Our People
Grass Masters is owned and
operated by Bret Hochanadel. Originally from Overland Park, Bret
graduated from Shawnee Mission West before studying Horticulture at
Kansas State University. He founded Grass Masters in 1991 after
having worked in the lawn and landscaping industry for several
years.
Bret and his team take great pride in their work and love working
outdoors. A consumate professional, Bret keeps up to date on new
techniques and products as well as regional trends affecting lawn and
landscaping performance.
Many lawn and landscaping companies are staffed with part-time and
seasonal employees. However, Grass Masters hires quality
people with great integrity and they are treated well.
Consequently, employee turnover is very low.
